We are a family and dog friendly pub restaurant, located in Kilmahog, one mile north of Callander within the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park. If you are looking for freshly-prepared, hearty meals with delicious real ales, including our own exclusive House Ales, then you will find a tempting taste of Scotland here. Traditional pub located in a beautiful setting with views over looking Ben Ledi.
We do recommend calling ahead to reserve tables on 01877 330152 as while we do have a large dining space we are only a small team and do get large bookings. If you are bringing a dog with you please notify us at the time of booking so we can allocate you a table in our dog friendly bothy bar (dogs will be welcomed with a biscuit and fresh water).
With a large restaurant, beautiful garden and cosy bothy bar, we are perfect for family gatherings, group parties or a romantic dinner for two anytime of the year.
Beautiful Surroundings
Situated just off the A84, in the tiny hamlet of Kilmahog and alongside both the Rob Roy Way and Cycle Route 7, The Lade Inn is a perfect resting stop to explore the beautiful surroundings. We love our setting in Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park, at the foot of the Ben Ledi mountain (a Corbett). There are many activities to enjoy; cycling, fishing, kayaking and many mountains to keep even the most avid walker busy for at least a week. Our child and dog friendly garden, is a relaxing place to enjoy the sunshine, beautiful views and birds.
