The Lade Inn - in the Trossachs
The Lade Inn has a long history of service, starting life as the Wayside Tearooms in 1935, however life is quite different now as a vibrant pub restaurant where you can still grab a quick bite en route to a fishing trip or make an evening of it. We want to retain the charm of the building and its traditional homeliness yet develop the reputation for being one of the best places to eat in the area. We're not a fancy restaurant with starch linen and posh plates, we're a quirky, cosy, warm and friendly pub with a great garden that is ideal for a family meal or a romantic dinner.
The Lade Inn has been owned and operated by the Park Family since 2005. Dad, Frank works behind the scenes and enjoys nice walks with his dog Paddy in the beautiful surroundings of The Lade. Son, Stephen runs the kitchen and ensures everyone is well fed. Stephen’s Wife Laura will usually be found in the bar, restaurant or beer shop when she’s not looking after the children.
